Membership and Renewal Information

NEW Paddlers Memberships

NEW Paddlers will once again be processing memberships. For those members who join the ACA (American Canoe Association), NEW Paddlers will be sending the ACA's portion of your membership fee to the ACA. You will now be sending your completed membership form, NEW Paddlers or ACA liability waiver, and dues to the current NEW Paddlers Treasurer. The current NEWP Treasurer and mailing address is listed below as well as on the bottom of the Member Information form.


To become a NEW Paddlers member or to re-new your NEW Paddlers membership, complete the required forms, compute your membership fee, and send the forms and your check to address on the bottom of the Member Information and Fees form. See below to determine which forms to complete.

1.) Member Information. Complete the member information section of the Member Information and Fees form. Be sure to mark the membership type (Individual or Family). If you registering a family membership please be sure to complete the family member information section. Family memberships are for up to two adults and any children under 18 years old in a household. (Please print clearly)

Complete the Dues and Fees section by computing your membership fee.

2.) Liability waiver. If you are joining or renewing your ACA membership, please complete the ACA Liability waiver.  YOU MUST COMPLETE THE LIABILITY WAIVER.

3.) ACA/SEI fee, in addition to your individual or family membership, keeps your instructor certification current. You know who you are.

Please be aware that special event fees (such as the National Pool Slalom or Wausau Open Water use) may be charged by the entities operating or sponsoring the event. Special event fees are not covered under NEW Paddlers membership.

Due to the significant time and expense of notifying every member when his/her membership expires, NEW Paddlers will not contact members when renewal is due. It is up to YOU to remember to renew your NEW Paddlers membership. The expiration month of your membership is printed the address label of mailings sent from NEW Paddlers.
To renew your membership, complete the NEW Paddlers Membership / Waiver Application in full. Be sure to including all names, signatures and dates of birth for all family members. Also be sure to include the appropriate fees. Send the completed form and fees to:
