The North East Wisconsin Paddlers
membership includes more than a dozen paddlers who have developed
the skills and knowledge to share their passion for paddling with
others. They have invested the time and energy required to earn
certifications from the Amercan Canoe Association (ACA) or British
Canoe Union (BCU) as documentation of their expertise and ability
to teach or coach other paddlers. In addition to these individuals
who have achieved instructor certfiication, the club's classes and
on-water events are also supported by the efforts of experienced
paddlers who provide substantial assistance. The club's instructors
have been providing whitewater and coastal sea kayak instruction in
northeast Wisconsin since the early 1990's. (Note this page is
still "under construction" - if you are NEWP member instructor,
please provide corrected information and updated photos!)
